INGREDIENTS
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 can condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley OR 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 cup chopped green or red pepper
4 lemon slices
DIRECTIONS
- SPRAY nonstick skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat 1 min. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove chicken.
- ADD soup, water, parsley, lemon juice, paprika and pepper. Heat to a boil. Return chicken to skillet. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Garnish with lemon slices.
