Pie Crust

SERVINGS
2 Crusts

INGREDIENTS
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 cup cold Shortening (lard, butter or Crisco)
8 – 10 tbs cold water
1 tsp sugar (optional)

DIRECTIONS
In a food processor, blend dry ingredients.
Add shortening and blend to pea-sized clumps
Add water a little at a time until dough forms a ball.
Divide into 2 portions, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Roll out to 1/8 in thick.
