Linguine with Creamy Alfredo Sauce

SERVINGS

Serves:  6

INGREDIENTS

· 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

· 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder OR 2 cloves garlic, minced

· 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

· 1 can (14 oz.) Swanson® Chicken Broth (1 3/4 cups)

· 1/3 cup plain yogurt

· 6 cups hot cooked linguine, cooked without salt

· 6 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

· Chopped fresh parsley

DIRECTIONS

  1. MIX flour, garlic powder and pepper in saucepan. Stir in broth until smooth. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Remove from heat.
  2. STIR in yogurt. Toss with pasta and 4 tbsp. cheese. Sprinkle with parsley and remaining cheese.
