• 1 package frozen whole green beans
• 1 cup sour cream
• 4 strips cooked, diced bacon
• ¼ cup slivered almonds
DIRECTIONS
1. Prepare beans per package directions.
2. Stir in sour cream, bacon and almonds
COMMENTS
1. What could be simpler?
2. Good as a side dish with virtually anything.
3. If you’re worried about calories, use low fat sour cream and turkey bacon (or eliminate the bacon entirely).
